Carbs are in good working condition but covered in oil and dirt.

Better get me an NSR250R MC16/18/21 manual to figure out how to put these things back together. Oh I forgot just how much the NSR250R carbs are NOT LIKE the Honda RS250 carbs

So much more to take apart, and no quick main jet change hole in the bottom of the bowls.
