I'm using NF5 calipers, HEL lines, and a CBR1000RR radial master cylinder, and the brakes are incredible. HRC cast iron discs too though, with awesome FCM pads.

I don't think you'll have any issues with NC30 calipers, and of course no problem at all with NF5 items (if you have some or can find them - plus they have trick little Q/R pins!). The biggest difference I found was replacing the master cylinder with a modern radial one.

All those parts are simple bolt-ons too. No adaptor brackets, which I think personally look a bit "clumpy".
