Yes. I mean that the pulse is a bit uneven when i messure in the cables that goes to the ignitioncoils.

Also the spark seems very weak and uneven...

When I was driving it the bike suddenly started to cripple and "puffing".

It could be the battery but it is fully loaded and still no differance.

Can it be the pulse generator or the ac regulator or the generator?
