Im in Queensland, about 60k north of Brisbane. The bike was running when it was last ridden - 10 years ago. So the fairing etc is not too bad. The difficult part I imagine would be all th perished 'rubbers' and the like. I've started stripping the bike and now, just prior to dropping out the engine I've decided to take a step back and ask whether this is really going to be worth it.

This is stupidly broad, but is there a chance a lot of the rubbers and plastics can be sourced from MC18's given they appear identicle?
