Oil Pump Setting: Quantitative.

This link on NSR-World (Workshop -> Technical -> Oil Pump) shows how to set the oil pump.



I think the picture is a bit misleading. There are 2 marks on the oil pump cable pulley, and I think that the pictures above (and below) are indicating the use of the wrong mark.
The picture below shows the full thottle setting with adjustment set up to what I will call "Position 1"



This next picture shows the full thottle setting with adjustment set up to what I will call "Position 2"



I believe that Position 2 is the correct setting and gives a Fuel:Oil ratio of approx 37:1

Can someone please confirm this? And please let me know if I am wrong.

Also, can anyone give an indication on where you might set the oil pump for say 35:1 or 40:1 or 45:1 etc.
I am just curious to get an idea of how much the pulley alignment affects the fuel/oil ratio.
