And the torque setting on that would be?.........

Remember that using a rattle gun not only rattles the offending nut off, but also crashes everything inside the gearbox together. Should be a last resort in my opinion.

I've found that while the clutch nut can be a bit of a bugger to get off sometimes, with the right tools you don't need to skin nuckles.

But, I have used a rattle gun on several occasions, sometimes even disconnecting from the compressor and connecting to the nitrogen tank for a wee bit of extra mojo Twisted Evil
