Right...checked the power to the solenoid, it only gets power when the engine is running. I then connected an old mc21/mc18 pump (with small cover removed and the solenoid retracted when the bike started. Took off the mc28 pump and removed the cover, looked a bit gummy inside and the solenoid did not move, but it did look stuck in the in position? I have left it to soak in some parafin over night and will try to give it a better clean in the morning....hopefully that will fix it Smile.
