The tyres on at present are Bridgestone Battalax 110/70 r 17 front and 140/60 r 18 rear. They're shot as bikes been stood in previous owners garage for over 10 years and think these tyres are no longer available."

If you are unable to get the 140 rear tyre you require I would use the 150 section as fitted to the MC18R5K. These are still available and will fit without problem. The MC18R2J uses the same wheels as the later MC18R5K as far as I remember.
