Seems like a nice idea in theory. I like your thinking.
Well a quick zip around the internet tells me that the RVF400 stanchions are 41mm in diameter. See Here
What diameter are your brake discs? I think they are 296mm with a 17mm offset?

The CBR600RR had radial brakes from 05-11 and they are 41mm in diameter. Cool ! See here
The CBR600RR brake discs are 310mm diameter, with no offset I think. The 09 bike has monoblock calipers and no ABS, sorry that's no HEC ABS, so they would be my choice.

But will the 05-11 CBR600RR fork bottoms fit nicely to the RVF stanchions even though the diameters do match up at 41mm? I do not know
Will the offset of the radial calipers be such that it more or less lines up the calipers with the RVF front brake discs? I do not know.
Are the brake disc diameters close enough to make it work? I do not know.

So clearly I do not know much, but this is about as helpful as I can be.
Just looking at the specs, I would say that things are working against you on this one, but I could be wrong. Don't give up.
And please report back if you make any progress.
