Contact the seller before you make a bid, lots of people say "Shipping to US" but they ship everywhere, he has no bids, so I think he will gladly ship to the UK if you ask him nicely and you will have to pay the difference, ask him to ship it surface or SAL, it takes a few weeks longer, but saves money. Hope you get your wheel...I don't know of other wheels that will fit, I guess you could fit a MC18 wheel, but they are 18 inch....oh wait!! I might have a rear MC21 wheel in red in good shape cause I just found a rear Mag-tek, but it is still on my bike.....
