I doubt there would be any way to get a key from Honda, as they tend to shun us greys.

You can order blank Honda keys off ebay - I got a set as the one that came with my bike was cut from a cheap generic blank. Iirc, they were from Thailand. Finding a locksmith shouldn't be too hard... at the very worst, I suppose you'll be up for a new ignition set Just keep checking those pockets.
