when I did that I took the bodywork off, took the exhaust off, had the bike supported by wood blocks under the engine. Had the swingarm held by a paddock stand, undid the lower mounting bolts for the rear shock and then the swingarm bolt came out super easy! I took a pic and if I can find it I will post it!
