Yes, have a similar experience.
Even though communication was really good... parts were held onto before shipping.
When I recieved the parts, they were damaged and stuff was missing. Good possibility it was due to the shippping... but I don't think things were adequately packaged.
Have asked for compensation, but seems communication has now stopped.... we'll see how this plays out. Not a total loss, but definitely not 100% happy.
