It seems to me that the link above has several dealers and/or individuals selling bikes. Any of these dealers reputable by you guys who live in HK? Having a pieced together bike doesn't seem to bad since I planned to completely go through it anyway, as long as it was complete and everything worked. Any problems with sending money and not getting the bike?
