Guys, Might be a stupid question, but how do you use this thing?

It has three parts, the large outer bit, the smaller threaded inner bit and the smaller tubular bit for pulling the powervalves.

I get that the largest bit has a nice reverse thread that goes into the flywheel, I'm just not sure what to do with the other bits.

Any help would be appreciated.
