Ok your not all going to like this but ive dumped the original knackered speedo for an acewell unit

It needs to be spaced out an inch or so and a nice CF or ally surround made but its already much easier to see than the standard unit and was dead easy to install and setup, it picks up the speed from the standard speedo drive and just plugged straight in

On another note the 21 SP forks are now fitted and are a huge improvement
