Had a bit of time when I got home from work and seeing as I'm on the wagon thought I'd spend some time in the shed building the engine..

Not got very far, learning about this engine so not worrying about backtracking when I make mistakes!

Both barrels fitted, left the heads off as I couldnt remember which way round they went! Need a manual...


Gearbox in, reed cages and rubbers in but will probably have to come out again.. Also experimenting with a different flash method, think its better..


Also fitted the rustiest ever altenator, might ditch it and go to total loss but dunno yet, did it with the rgv and it did shed a load of weight but meant having to charge the battery. I'll have a think, it also depends what size battery I fit
