Hello m8s,I'm John(newbie) and am going to purchase a 2-stroke in the near future.I now own a 86 gsxr 750 and previously owned a 84 Rz350.
I am currious as to if anyone has any info on importing 2-strokes and 400 4-strokes to the US.Would this be a major pain in the arse?Would it not be worth the trouble even though they are so cheap to purchase abroad?
Are their certain years/models that can be imported and legally registered for street?Would customs and the EPA bust my balls and reject the bikes at the border?
I been pissing this idea arround for about 2-years and thought I would come ask those who might know.
