In that case, and presuming you're keeping the power jets as Andy stated, I'd more likely start at 180's and head smaller from there.

Do you have a jet kit already? If it's an HRC or similar, it'll be full of big jets as they are designed to work without the PJ's.

If you've no experience jetting, remember to plug chop constantly, and ALWAYS err on the side of rich. Going lean will cost you at least a couple of hundred for new pistons and a barrel replate. At worst it'll sieze whilst cornering and cost you a set of underpants too! Shocked
