There's nothing to stop you making new linkage plates to increase the ride height, but it's not as simple as just drilling a few holes in a piece of sheet alloy.

I'm no suspension geometry expert, so someone else will need to do the calculations, but remember that the HRC plates for the MC18 not only raise the ride height, but also increase the spring rising rate.
