Thought I had a stuffed R5 crank here but if I can find the outer bearings the rest seems OK. Big ends and centre bearing look good.

Hoping the outer bearings which still seem to be available via Mixalisen are the same for the R5.

The R2/4 which I'm also looking to rebuild seems a lost cause as many posts here attest but this is close to grenading as well.

any help here would be bloody great
