If PB has committed to a 5 page spread on a NSR, why the heck didn't they include a 21 (or an 18 for that matter) to compare against the 28. Featuring a standard 28 in isolation does not do the model range complete justice, simply due to power output. A feature showing NSR's through the years 16 / 18 / 21 /28 would have been great.
