Dan, I changed out the RVF Yokes to RS250 Yokes because the RS is much lighter & it also looks a lot better. The Yokes are from a 1992 RS NF5 (USD Forks) so are 50mm top yoke rather than 41 mm. The top yoke fits the RVF forks, but the bottom yoke has 52 mm fork tube clearance.

I don't have a pic of the sleeves before fitment, but were made from 52 mm (OD) seamless exhaust tube. The ID was turned on a lathe out to 50 mm to fit the RVF forks, then the sleeve was notched. It fitted perfectly.

I havn't rode the bike yet, so don't know how the HRC PGM feels compared to standard. There are several other engine mods, so it won't be easy to compare the PGM difference directly to my standard MC21SP.
