I have a 1990 NF5 (mini) Gull-Arm, initially purchased for the MC16 before I found an F3 arm for it.

The mounts on the RS and NSR swingarms are different. It wouldn't be impossible, but it's not a simple job. It will require some fabrication and some alloy welding.
