The HRC Box was designed to be used with the HRC race loom. That is why the connectors don't match the standard loom.

Do what Andy said, and it should be all good. The other option that is a little less intrusive is to follow the instructionsin the tuning section, and only chop two wires at the PGM, and four coming off the GPS.
