If you look at the first image, you can see the top right expansion chamber below the rear of the tank. The last picture shows where the rear shock mount has been cut away to make way for the chambers.
A plate has also been welded across the front of the shock mount for extra strength after removing the top sections.
The front end is a straightforward swap. A new stem needs to be machined, or the NSR stem pressed into the RGV lower triple. I'm not saying the NSR stem is a stright fit, you may need to make a collar and press the stem into the collar, then press that assembly into the RGV's lower clamp.
Looking at the pictures, I'd say it looks like an American garage!
