These are all answered (some very recently) on the Forum and in the Main Site, but as you are brand new, we'll go easy for the next 30 seconds!

• Just do the O/Bu wire splice for now. It'll give you over 60hp and a "normal" ignition curve. It's all I use and my motor currently makes 66hp in road trim.
  
• No washers in the MC21 pipes, and they are capable of almost 70hp. (But are bloody heavy)
  
• Top cowls are fairly interchangeable. Very slight differences, but will fit without modification.
  
• TYGA cans will fit, but you'll need a small round file!
