nice bike by the way (the 28SE not the other) but we all had to start somewhere mine was a yamaha RD125lc.
are you looking to respray the whole bike, if so i would hold out for a few months after you have passed ya test and you are used to the bike, its weight etc..
personally if i was gonna do a race rep NSR i think i would go for a rarer job than rothmans or repsol....maybe something like cup noodle.
