Today,

Drained the transmission and coolant.

Coolant was fine as i'd flushed that a few months back but the transmission fluid was a lovely dark brown/black colour, not looking very clean.

Took off the radiator, and coolant pipes. went to take the exhaust off but nearly rounded one of the bolts, will need to get some better tools to continue the dismantling.

Question for any readers - is it worth getting the samco hose kit, or giving the old hoses a thorough clean?
