Don't forget that the HRC settings will be geared towards the average Japanese ride, someone likely to be about 150cm tall, weighing just 50-60kg!

Not that I am saying you are likely to be a portly Westerner (such as myself), but don't expect the HRC settings to work miricals for you. There is no substitute for a re-valve based upon your own weight and riding style.
