Sorry, a case of me mis-reading your initial post!

There are actually 3 different studs in use on the NSR's barrels, depending on whether you are replacing the upper or the lower head. Given that you have quoted the part number 90032-KV3-830 I will hazard a guess that you are only talking about studs relative to the lower head?! For a complete set for the lower barrel/head you will need 3x 90031-KV3-830, 2x 90032-KV3-830, and 1x 90033-KV3-830.

The upper head/HRC conversion uses 6x 90031-KV3-830.

There's nothing significantly special about these studs, apart from the KV3 in their number! If you take one along to any dealer (or automotive parts supplier) they will be able to match one up with similar dimensions.
