I think I'll try a DMV in Oregon. The nearest one is only an hour away.

As for jet sizes, you should only have to go up a few sizes (like from 140 to 145 or 150). The power jets are so small, just jumping 2 main jet sizes should make up for it, provided the engine configuration is the same with no further mods.

As for the oil pump, just let me know if you need it.
