i have a friend that just registered his cbr400rr here in san diego. it was kinda funky though. its registered as a 1979 cb400 and he had it titled at this independent place that does titling. they looked at it and said 'wow, that very nice for 79, heres your title'. other than that, Ive noticed that alot grey markets are going through states like vermont, maine, and oregon. i guess it doesnt take much to get it registerd in those states.
ill ask around.
as for the oil pump, i have to give you something for it? can you think of anything?

BTW what would be a good starting point for main jets after blocking the powerjets? I threw a 172/170 combo to start off with.
