Question....I have a HRC jetted NSR 250. It seems to be spot on in terms of idle, it is very crisp, revs out nice etc...on the road is also seems very nice. It was jetted over a year ago and I cannot remember were I ended up with needles. Bottom line...on the stand at steady throttle 3 or 4 grand it won't hold the rpm steady...it either hunts up or it hunts down...normal? As soon as it is blipped it is super crisp again...
