You would need to fabricate some link plates similar to the F3 ones for the MC18.

Absolutely no idea what the measurements would need to be though. It's something you will need to experiment with. Remember changing the link plates can drastically alter the rate of the linkage.

Maybe someone that has made some MC18 plates can compare them to OEM ones and post the differences in the dimensions to see what HRC did for that model. May give you some ideas.
