I finally got out on the bike yesterday evening.....WOW these things are seriously fun fun fun.

Anyhow it seems the problem could be an exceptionally worn front sprocket I believe, as it seems only to it when you launch the bike hard in first gear and the sound deffo sounds like chain jumping a sprocket

Open the throttle fully in any gear and it pulls fine with no noise or clutch slip.

The head bearings are also very loose and I will have to sort out the suspension to as it is rock hard and does not move at all......lol

I have decided to strip the bike and go through it thoroughly, as I need to know it will not let me down.

The front wheel also needs balancing.

I will let you all what I find, as Intend to strip the bike to fix my new TYGA pipes and inlet goodies too at the same time as giving it a through servicing.

Cheers Rob
