oh, on a side not... on the RS250 you can actually tell which seal is bad by what drips out of the hole on the bottom of the water pump.

The setup up is an outer seal and an inner seal. If the outer seal is bad, then you will find water dripping. If the inner seal is bad then you will find oil dripping. Of course since your in there, it's just as easy to do two seals as it is to do one.
