It's pretty easy. Same as laying up GRP, but the carbon doesn't form anywhere near as well so you have to be more accurate with your cuts and keep at it. On the other hand, the epoxy takes way longer to go off than the resin widely used for GRP, so you don't have to panic. If the kit comes with a gel coat then you'll be churning out parts that look great.
