No, no, and... no!

Use the MC21 triples and use the VFR forks, disks and fender. Either NSR or VFR calipers should both be OK.

Can't tell you about the wheel, as I am unsure of the spacers you'd use. I wouldn't want to run the wider VFR wheel without the F3 suspension though, as it doesn't seem to work without HRC geometry (for me anyway).
