Powerjets are positioned at the very top of the carb, and therefor only come into play at wide open throttle.

With the HRC kit, they are blanked as it removes another variable from the already tricky job of setting up a carb.

Obviously a race bike thing, but has found favour on the street as the jets are very small and clog easily, leading to siezure as the mixture suddenly leans off whilst you're flat out!
