As the title says really?

Powerjets solenoids are not there and the hoses that run along the top of the carbs have been blocked off!

Jets look to be stock (128) and so do needles etc....

Has HRC loom and Ignition if that makes any difference.

Can anyone tell me how the powerjets work, and why they might have been disconnected!?
