The jets are a different design, which looks cool and makes NO difference (3-hole inlet, but a size 140 outlet is the same as any other size 140 outlet). The needles have 3 indent rings turned in the tips, supposedly this helps the fuel atomize better. Snake oil if you ask me. There is no difference in power, especially in a 2-stroke where the mixture gets churned so much in the crankcase and through the use of a good port job/head design. So all it boils down to is the needles are adjustable. Heck, you could get a set of HRC needles for about $12 each and you'll be set. Need the part number?
