Hey All, I did not have the extra parts, or more importantly the time to put this bike back together so I decided to part it instead.

It is a 1991 SE, California plated as a 1990, has plate and paper, currently non-op with DMV. I will post this stuff up here first and then later eBay and will put a link in the eBay section.

MC21 SE Dry clutch engine complete with carbs $1400 (it ran well and it looks like the cylinders have never been off! Will pull heads to look at the cylinders before selling to see if any problems. Can also included oil injection.
