When I first started work my new boss all those years ago (we're now partners) he said 3 things to me.

The first. Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt.

The second. If you steal I'll kill you.

The third, If you need a work shop manual to build a race bike you shouldnt be building race bikes.
