This is not sketchy, It is very hard to get the 11 didgit VIN to go through most DMV's(17 is normal).... So this owner went another route. Get a busted up frame with a title, put the VIN plate on the NSR, and there you have it, a titled NSR that the state thinks is a TDR250, an american purpose machine.

All I have to say about it is that if it were titled as an NSR, it still be 11 didgit, and in my eyes, worth more money... Some don't care, but I do.
