I talked to a guy who might want to sell his NSR. He said the pike is titled/registered in the US BUT he pulled a VIN# sticker off a TD250 ( think that is what he said) and put it on the NSR so the bike is registered as a different bike. Sounds very sketchy. Any thoughts to is this worth the effort?

How is the VIN on an NSR attached to the bike?...a sticker, riveted plate or something else?
