VHT (brand) make specific caliper paint. It needs to be baked to cure, and drys to a glossy finish, and is chemical resistant once cured, and has a extremely high heat rating. Comes in heaps of colours

I have painted the calipers on my WRX red (to match STi), and they look real good.

For best result, remove caliper, find a bung for the brake line hole. Wash caliper in a parts cleaner type product, then wipe over with wax and grease remover. Do about 3 coats, 15 min apart. Bake for 10 min, then apply one more coat, bake for 30 min at about 150 C.
