We had a 1999 SE with the standard card make 62 hp. Whether it had a modified airbox, I don't remember, but I did say that it was a good idea. A friend had a standard card and did the derestrict and airbox mod and it made 60hp. I have a standard airbox and an 010 card and I make 62 hp. I guess that it is possible.
