To be perfectly honest with you, I've ridden MC28s with HRC 010, 030 and the standard Honda card. If the bike is sorted out well and you're not racing, it really doesn't matter. They can all run strongly in the 60 to 64 hp range. Just do the derestriction and start jetting rich. I'm in Southern California so I don't have any baseline numbers for you. I wouldn't even worry too much about the airbox mod, but it's a good thing to do. I run an 010 card, that's what it came with, and I run premium unleaded and sometimes dump my leftover race gas in there. No biggie, but it depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
