whats wrong with the carbs? the mc18 seem alot of work to setup how is the 18's exhaust different are they straighter than the 16's im bidding on sum tyga pipes so hopfully that will help i dont want to much power increase as i want to keep it more reliable being a low mileage 1987 mc16. can i use delortos of a nsr125 or similar 125cc engine as i am more comfortable setting these up maybe a 30mm, how would this effect the fueling would i need to remove the two bottles from the settup or can i use a couple Yamah carbs and bottles from say a dt125 or 250 or sorts.

whats up with the crank internals? is there a larger volume inside the 16 than the other models? i have previously tuned 2s engines by reducing the crank volume by fitting plates to the crank ect but i wouldnt know wer to start on this engine. im more intrested in optimising what i can from the current engine by playing with the carb and exhaust.

who said it was easy to get 45hp from a 125 btw? i stick to what i can get for free.
